I have dedicated nearly three decades to exploring the intersections of movement and spirituality. My journey has led me through diverse practices and traditions: from long pilgrimages in India and Nepal, where I studied Yoga and Buddhism, to Taoist temples in China, where I delved into martial arts; from immersing myself in Afro-Cuban folkloric dances in Havana, to training in Tsa Lung Trulkor (Tibetan Yoga) with tantric yogis in the Himalayas. Five years ago, I discovered Gyrokinesis, studying primarily with Debra Rose before earning my certification as a trainer. I view Gyrokinesis as the "missing link" that integrates my extensive experience with its unique approach to movement. The discipline’s distinctive vocabulary and brilliant methodology—encompassing breathing exercises, stretches, arches, curls, twists, and the dynamic flow of energy—resonate deeply with my holistic understanding of body and energy channels
